$110 Fine – No Sticker

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On January 25th, 2011 at 12:54 am, members of the South Bruce OPP were conducting R.I.D.E. on Broadway Street in Kincardine when a vehicle was observed with an expired validation sticker.

29 year old Brett STOKES of Sarnia has been charged with Drive motor vehicle – no current validation. This charge carries a roadside fine of $110 and the vehicle owner is still required to purchase a new validation sticker for their vehicle. The South Bruce OPP recommends that validation stickers be renewed on or before the expiry date.
