(WALKERTON, ON) – On January 28th, 2011 at 4:14 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol observed a White Monte Carlo weaving along Durham Street in the town of Walkerton. The driver was signalled to stop, but continued on to a driveway at a residence along Archy Street in Walkerton. Officers quickly determined that the driver had been drinking alcohol.
28 year old Garett VANCE of Bentinck Township has been charged with Impaired operation; Operate over 80 milligrams and Drive while suspended. He has been held in custody for a bail hearing scheduled for January 28, 2011 at 2:00 pm.
