(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – The Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP)is investigating numerous thefts from motor vehicles.
On January 14, 2014 between the hours of 9:00am and 1:00pm, multiple vehicles were entered in the area of Mary Street, Gould Street, George Street and Berford Street in the town of Wiarton. Quantities of loose coins, cellphones and remote garage door openers were taken from these unlocked vehicles.
The suspect that was observed trying to enter vehicles was a lone white female approximately 15-18 years old with a light blue winter jacket (hood up) and red gloves.
