(KINCARDINE, ON) – On January 14, 2014 at 11:36 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Queen Street, Kincardine stopped a Red Pontiac Sunfire for a traffic violation. The driver ran from the vehicle, but was caught a short distance from the scene and found to have a quantity of illegal drugs. 31 year old Jason SELL of Kitchener has been charged with Drive wrong way – 1 way street, Traffic in controlled substance, 2 counts of Possess a controlled substance, 2 counts of Drive under suspension and Drive with expired validation. He was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for January 15, 2014 at 2:00 pm.
