(WALKERTON, ON) – On January 18, 2014 at 3:50 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along South Street stopped a Grey Chevrolet and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. The 16 year old driver has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. They will be appearing before a youth court, as required, to answer to the charge. The accused cannot be identified due to provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
