On January 22, 2014, just before 4pm, members of the Waterloo Regional Police arrested two adult males on Weber Street West, just west of Queen St. N. Kitchener. The males,from Plattsville and Waterloo, were suspected of being involved in an illicit drug transaction. The males were searched incident to their arrest, and were found to be in possession of quantities of crack cocaine, methamphetamine, marihuana, and prescription pills. Both males were held for show-cause hearings to answer to the charges of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking x 4.
