(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) As a result of a break and enter into a Trafalgar Street (Mitchell) residence on October 16, 2010 and the subsequent OPP investigation, a male person of the Municipality of North Perth was arrested and charged. He has been released on a Promise to Appear, and will be attending Youth Court in Stratford on March 03, 2011 to answer to the charge of “breaking and entering into a dwelling house and committing the indictable offence of theftâ€.
The break-in involved the entry into the unlocked attached garage, entry into a car which was parked in the garage and theft of a wallet from inside the residence. Investigation by the responding officers, the scenes of crime officers, the Perth County Crime unit and the OPP Western Region Forensic Identification Unit resulted in this charge being laid.
