(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Sunday afternoon, February 06, 2011, around 1 p.m., a Perth County OPP officer at a R.I.D.E. program in Monkton stopped a pickup truck. The pickup truck driver was given a roadside breath test which he failed. The driver was transported to the North Perth OPP Detachment in Listowel where the he refused to provide breath samples into the Intoxilyzer.
Paul Lammers (49) from Sarnia was charged with failing to provide a breath sample. He is to appear in Listowel Criminal Court on March 23, 2011 to answer to this charge. He was served a 90 day drivers licence suspension, and his vehicle was impounded for seven days.
