On the 24th of January 2014, Barrie Police Traffic Unit conduct a ride program throughout various areas of Barrie. The traffic unit stopped approximately 415 vehicles during the program.
As a result, officers utilized the roadside instrument 20 times and issued two 3-day suspension.
Police remind everyone, that if you plan on going out to have a few drinks, please utilize a taxi or designated driver.
