Barrie Police and the Collision Reporting Centre were kept busy on Saturday due to collisions as a result of the blowing snow and bad driving. More than a dozen collisions were reported and many others will be attending the reporting centre.
Police would again like to remind drivers that it is their duty to adjust driving actions during inclement weather. Poor weather and road conditions are not valid excuses for vehicle collisions. Please slow down and drive with caution.
