On January 25th at approx. 4:00p.m. Chatham-Kent officers responded to a collision that occurred in McNaughton ave east in Chatham. Officers attended the scene and located a van that had struck a City Bus. The officer also detected the smell of an alcoholic beverage on the drivers breath. A 52 year old Harwich man was arrested and charged with Impaired Driving. Total damage approx.$5500.00. There were no injuries to the persons on the bus as a result of the collision.
