On January 25, 2014 at 2:35 a.m. the Guelph Police received a call to attend a parking lot on Waterloo Avenue after two cars had a near collision. When police arrived, one of the drivers was found asleep in the driver’s seat with his car running. He was woken by police and spoken too, then subsequently arrested for impaired driving.
Mark ZUZINJAK, 34 years of Kitchener has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on February 7, 2014.
