An officer while on patrol in the east end of the city observed a motor vehicle fail to stop for a red traffic light. The vehicle was stopped for investigation and it was learned that the driver was under suspension for novice violations.
The 21 year old Mississauga female was charged with driving under suspension and failing to stop for the light. She was released with a future court date. The vehicle she was operating was impounded for 7 days under Provincial legislation.
