Yesterday afternoon, an officer was driving westbound on Grand Avenue West in Chatham when he initiated a traffic stop. Through investigation, the officer learned that the driver’s insurance had been cancelled in December 2013.
A 38-year-old Tilbury woman has been charged with driving with no insurance. Her vehicle was towed from the scene.
