On Saturday, February 1, 2014 at approximately 1:30am, a 19 yr. old man left a bar in Elmira and was approached in a rear parking lot by three unknown males in the area of Arthur St. North, just north of Martin’s Lane. One of the males demanded money from the victim and when he initially refused, was punched in the face. The victim surrendered a sum of money to this male who along with the other two accomplices left in a vehicle. This incident resulted in the victim sustaining injuries to his face and teeth. The victim did not seek medical assistance at the time and went home. The investigation is continuing.
