On Febuary 1, 2014 at approximatly 7:33 a.m. Police responded to a apartment building on King St. East in Kitchener after a alert citizen called police about a male commiting thefts from vehicles in the building’s parking lot. A 31 year old male of no fixed address was located and arrested without incident. The arrested male was found to be in possession of property stolen from a vehicle in the parking lot as well as a large quantity of property stolen from storage lockers in an adjacent seniors condominuim building. The male was also in possession of property stolen from common areas within the same building. The male was held in custody on charges of Break and Enter, Theft, Possession of Stolen Property and Possession of a Controlled Substance. All of the stolen property was returned to the rightfull owners.
