ST.MARYS, ON) On Saturday February 19, 2011 shortly after 1 a.m. a Perth County OPP officer located a male in a vehicle at the Flats in St.Marys. While speaking with the male, the officer detected extreme signs of alcohol impairment. The male was arrested and transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville where the male refused to provide breath samples into the Intoxilyzer.
As a result Sandab SUY (25) of St.Thomas was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and with failing to provide a breath sample in an approved instrument. He is to appear in Stratford Criminal Court on March 21, 2011 to answer to these charges. He was also served a 90 day drivers licence suspension.
