On February 9, 2014 at 2:40 a.m., the Guelph Police received a report of a possible impaired driver in the area of Woodlawn Road West. Police located the vehicle in the plaza parking lot at Woodlawn Road and Arrow Road. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Peter HENDRIKS, 27 years of Listowel has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on February 18, 2014.
