Stuart Schneider – Crystal Methamphetamine – Breaking in to Apartments

(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Monday, February 28, 2011, before the noon hour, Perth County OPP officers in Mitchell were called to an address on Ontario Road where a man was trying to break into apartments using a pry bar. Officers located the male and he was arrested.

Stuart Schneider (24) of no fixed address is charged with “being unlawfully in a dwelling house”, “Theft under $5000”, “Possession of break in instrument”, “Mischief under $5000”, and “Possession of Crystal Meth”. The man is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing in Stratford court on March 02, 2011.
