(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) -On February 14, 2014, at approximately 6:00 a.m., officers from the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) began an investigation with a suspicious man on Sligo Road East, Mount Forest and marihuana and morphine were seized.
Joshua PERKS age 34 of the Town of Minto has been charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams, and Possession of a Controlled Substance contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on April 11, 2014 to answer to the charges.
