Uniform officers patrolling the Wellington St. W. and Ross St. area had occasion to investigate a vehicle and it’s two occupants. Durning the traffic investigation it came to light that the 28 year old female Scarborough resident was driving with a suspended license and the passenger a 35 year old male Brampton resident was in contravention of a bail condition by possessing a cellular phone. Both were arrested and during a subsequent search they were found to be in possession of small amounts of marihuana and crack cocaine. They were processed and held pending a bail hearing.
