On Sunday, February 16, 2014 at approximately 7:30 a.m., police were called to the area of Hamilton Road and Gore Road for a report of a stolen motor vehicle. The vehicle was described as a newer model white Chevrolet Silverado.
The vehicle was subsequently located in the area of Trafalger Street and Egerton Street. A vehicle stop was conducted and the female driver was taken into custody. There were no other occupants inside the vehicle.
As a result of this investigation, 33-year-old Kimberley-Lee Wegg of London, has been charged with one count of Possession of Stolen Property, contrary to section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
