(TARA, ON) – On March 13th, 2011 at 9:00 am, the South Bruce OPP was called to a 2 vehicle crash on Matilda Street, Tara. The officer arrived and discovered that a Ford Focus was being driven with the front windshield covered in frost when it struck a Toyota Yaris parked on the side of the road. The driver of the Focus, 54 year old Cliff AARUP of Tara was charged with No clear view to front. The fine for driving with no clear view to the front is $110.
