On February 27, 2014 at 2:10 a.m., the Guelph Police observed a vehicle being driven on Fife Road. The female driver exited her vehicle and walked to her residence. Police investigation led to the arrest of the female for being impaired by drugs.
Tracy McMillan, 40 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving by drugs as well as driving while disqualified under the Highway Traffic Act. She will appear in court on April 4, 2014.
