The London Police Service is charging three people from London after seizing over $100,000 worth of marihuana and cash.
On Tuesday, February 25, 2014, members of the Guns and Drugs Section, consisting of members of the London Police Service and RCMP, executed a search warrant at three residences – one on Second Street, another on Langton Road, and a third on Commissioners Road East.
Total seized:
18.77 pounds of marihuana – $85,130
Cash – $15,375
As a result of the investigation, 22-year-old Matt Brezden, 20-year-old Carleigh Mulligan, and 20-year-old Jacob Phillips, all of London, have been charged with
possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking, contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
