(MUNICIPALITY OF HURON, ON) On Friday March 18, 2011, Huron County OPP officers were informed that a 15 year old female with “special needs†had left her grandmothers house in Seaforth sometime after 10 p.m. on Thursday March 17, 2011. She was observed missing on Friday morning.
Angela CIOFFI 15 years of age (she may also go by the surname Morris) and may possibly be heading to Scarborough. She is described as being 165 cm (5’5â€), 52 kg (115 lbs) having brown shoulder length hair and brown eyes. She is most likely wearing a black and white tweed type jacket and black ripped jeans. She may also be carrying two duffle bags with personal belongings.
A search by police of the area and contact with friends and relatives of the youth provided negative results as to her whereabouts.
The Huron County OPP is requesting the public’s help in locating this female due to concerns for her well being.
