(CULROSS TWP, ON) – On March 16th, 2011 at 12:10 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer was patrolling along County Road 4 in Culross Township. A Toyota Rav 4 tail-gaited the officer before eventually passing the fully marked police cruiser. 26 year old Mark PADDOCK of Cambridge has been charged with Disobey sign.
