(PAISLEY, ON) – On April 2nd, 2011 at 8:50 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Queen Street North in Paisley noticed a driver not wearing his seatbelt. The vehicle was stopped and the officer further noticed that the driver had no insurance and the licence plates weren’t properly registered. 34 year old Timothy BONNETT of Tiverton was charged with Fail to wear seatbelt, Operate motor vehicle – no insurance and Use plates not authorized. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on May 17th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
