(GODERICH, ON) – Just after 11:00 p.m. on March 22, 2014 a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped the driver of a GMC Terrain on Gloucester Terrace near Victoria Street North.
Upon speaking with the male driver the officer noted the driver had been drinking alcohol. A roadside test was completed and the driver registered a warn range reading. The driver, a 28 year old male from Goderich was served with a seven day driver’s licence suspension as this was his second warn range suspension within the last five years. He will now have to complete a mandatory alcohol education program and pay a monetary fee of $150 before his licence is reinstated.
