MVC/Impaired

A two vehicle MVC at Essa Road and the 400 off ramp resulted in one of the drivers being arrested for impaired driving and sending his passenger to the RVH with minor injuries. The driver was arrested and provided two samples of his breath that were two times the legal limit and is now charged with dangerous driving, impaired driving and Over 80. The driver now faces and April court date and his licence has been suspended for 90 days.
