On the 18th of March, 2014 mail was stolen from a Regina Street Apt building. Stolen credit cards were activated and then used in Kitchener and Toronto and several government-issued cheques were cashed at a bank in Waterloo. Waterloo Regional Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a male sought in connection with these incidents and are releasing photos to assist the investigation. The male is described as White, 22-24 years, 5’10-6 tall
