Stabbing

Police received a 3rd party call reporting that a babysitter at a midtown residence was having trouble with a male that was in the house causing damage and refusing to leave. When police arrived they found the babysitter with knife slash wounds to her arm and face.
She reported that a man known to the home owner attended the residence, became enraged and violently slashed out with a 6 inch knife. He fled the home before police arrived. The babysitter was taken to the hospital where she was treated for her injuries and released.
The Criminal Investigation Division is investigating the matter and will be seeking a warrant for arrest of the known suspect.
