Police attended outside of a downtown shelter in regards to an intoxicated male that was trying to fight people as they walked by. The male was easily located by officers and arrested for causing a disturbance by being drunk. Investigation revealed the male had consumed half a bottle of mouth wash. The male was held until sober and has a May court date.
