(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH SOUTH, ON) On Sunday April 17, 2011 at 2 p.m., the male person who had barricaded himself at a rural residence on Line 4, exited the residence and surrendered himself peacefully to members of the OPP Tactical Rescue Unit.
The Perth county OPP Crime Unit is continuing to investigate this incident.
