(CHATSWORTH, ON) – On November 20 of 2012, members of the Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Unit were called in to investigate allegations of physical and sexual assault against a leader of the Church of Jesus Christ Restored. The church is located on Concession 2-3 of Holland Township.
As a result of a 16-month investigation, police have laid a total of 31 Criminal charges against a church leader and his brother. Some of the charges date back to 1978 and involve seven victims. All victims were members of the church during the time the alleged offences were reported to have occurred.
Charged is 59-year-old Judson William KING from Queen Mary Drive in Oakville, Ontario with;

1x Assault With a Weapon
1x Utter Death Threats
He will appear in Owen Sound Provincial Court on May 15, 2014 to answer to the charges.
OPP have issued an Arrest Warrant for 55-year-old Frederick Madison KING for the following offences;
1x Sexual Exploitation
1x Sexual Interference
3x Sexual Assault
3x Assault Cause Bodily Harm
5x Uttering Death Threats
2x Assault With a Weapon
1x Assault
Frederick Madison King
King is described as being male white, 178 cm heavy build with brown hair.
The suspect hasn’t been seen since the allegations came forward in 2012. Police would like to speak with anyone who may know the whereabouts of Frederick Madison KING and are asked to contact the Grey County OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or their local police authority immediately.
