On April 12, 2014 at 8:47 a.m., the Guelph Police were conducting speed enforcement on Watson Road North. Police clocked a motor vehicle at 107km/hr in a posted 50km/hr zone. The area had pedestrians on each side of the road. The 17-yr-old male driver has been charged with speeding, stunting driving and failure to produce his driver’s licence.
