In the early morning hours of April 13, 2014 the adult male victim attended a party at a Kitchener residence. An argument ensued between the accused and one of the residence occupants. The victim became involved in this dispute which turned physical. The accused used a weapon during this altercation and the victim received several non-life threatening injuries. The police investigation lead to a 20 year old Kitchener male, Skylar BROOKS, being charged with Aggravated Assault & Assault with a Weapon.
