On April 14, 2014 at approximately 4:00 p.m. Waterloo Regional Police responded to a driving complaint in the area of Ephraim Street in Kitchener. A vehicle was seen driving erratically on the street and on the sidewalk. The same vehicle was then involved in a collision with a parked car in a nearby parking lot. The driver, a 22 year old Kitchener male was arrested by police and is now charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Dangerous Driving, Refusing Demand by Evaluating Officer and Possession of a Controlled Substance. The accused was released with a court date of April 30, 2014.
