On April 20th at approx. 3:04 am officers responded to a call regarding a Man on the front porch ringing the doorbell. When officer arrived they located a highly intoxicated man clearly unable to care for himself. During the investigation the Officer learned that the man was at the wrong house and on the wrong street. The 27 year old Chatham man was escorted off the property and is currently sleeping it off in police custody.
