On April 20th officers responded to a disturbance on King Street in Chatham, A 23 year old Chatham man located and arrested for being intoxicated in a Public place. He had been causing a disturbance, was asked, but was unwilling to leave a local establishment in the downtown area. He is currently sleeping it off in police custody.
