(KINCARDINE, ON) – On April 19, 2014 at 5:09 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Durham Street in Kincardine saw a Black Ford Mustang moving at a high rate of speed. Vehicle speed was displayed on radar at 107 km/h in a posted 40 km/h zone. The driver, 25 year old Tyler MUNDY of Sarnia, was charged with Race a motor vehicle. The racing legislation carries an immediate 7 day licence suspension and 7 day vehicle impoundment. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 13, 2014 to answer to the charge.
