On Tuesday April 22nd 2014, at approximately 1:00 p.m., a male was observed exposing himself on Preston Parkway, Cambridge. Witnesses describe the male as approximately 25 years old, white skin with dark hair. He was last seen wearing blue jacket, jeans and carried a black backpack.
