(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service Major Crime Section has charged Christopher Gobin, 18 years old of Ottawa, with 1st degree murder.
The victim has been identified as Luce Lavertu, 49 years old.
No further information will be released, as the investigation is ongoing.
