(KINCARDINE, ON) – On May 7th, 2011 at 1:24 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Kincardine Avenue noticed a male driving a Ford Mustang while talking on a cell phone. 32 year old Jeffrey GORMAN of Kincardine has been charged with Drive motor vehicle using hand held communication device. The South Bruce OPP is reminding motorists that a distracted driver is four times as likely to end up in a serious crash. “Hang up the cell phone; don’t let your next call be your lastâ€.
