On April 29, 2014 Waterloo Regional Police responded to Shelley Drive and Hillmount Street Kitchener for a person on person robbery at approximately 4:45 PM. The victim, who was known to the accused through associates, was physically assaulted then had his bicycle and baseball hat taken by two male suspects. The two suspects, were located and arrested shortly after the incident. Two Kitchener men were held for bail court hearings at Kitchener Courts for Robbery and Breach of Probation offences. The victim was taken to hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
