(HURON TWP, ON) – On June 15th, 2011 at 4:10 am, the South Bruce OPP received a complaint of fireworks being set off on Greg’s Trail in Huron Township. A sport utility vehicle was leaving the scene just as officers arrived. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was found to be impaired. 19 year old Cody JACKSON of Huron Township has been charged with Impaired driving; Operate over 80 milligrams and Mischief. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on July 25th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
