(PERTH SOUTH, ON) – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Perth County Detachment were contacted shortly after 6:30 a.m., on July 18, 2018 following a single motor vehicle collision in the Township of Perth South.
The motor vehicle was travelling in the area of Perth Line 5 when it entered the ditch. Through investigation, it was determined that the operator of the vehicle was fifteen-years-old. A sixteen-year-old passenger was also in the vehicle at the time. No injuries were reported.
The driver was charged with careless driving, as well as driving without a licence. An investigation into this occurrence continues.
