(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Saturday June 18, 2011 at approximately 11 p.m. Malcolm GYFANI (14) of North York died at the London Health Sciences Centre Victoria Campus, as a result of the swimming incident 7 hours earlier north of Shakespeare.
