(KINCARDINE, ON.) – On September 19th, 2009 at 1:19 am, a Toyota Uplander was stopped on Highway 21 in Bruce Township and the driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. 47 year old Steven McNabb of London, Ontario is charged with Impaired Driving and Refusing Breath Sample. McNabb will appear before the Provincial Court on November 19th, 2009 to answer to the charges.
