(KINCARDINE, ON) – On July 1st, 2011 at 11:12 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a call to a disturbance on Russell Street, Kincardine. Officers arrived to find a group of males gathered on the front lawn of a Russell Street residence. Two males started to fight while officers were still on scene. 28 year old Andrew CATTO of Kincardine Township was arrested and charged with Being intoxicated in a public place.
